United People

Hello and welcome! Seeka here and today I'm sharing a card that features the United People Hot Foil Plate, one of the newer products included in the Hero Arts Unity Collection. This beautiful line art image covers an entire A2-sized panel to make for a quick and easy background.

I began by using a copper-colored foil to hot foil the United People image onto a 4.25" x 5.5" panel of Antique Ivory cardstock.

Next, I die cut the large "together" sentiment, using the die from the Together Stamp & Cut set from heavy white cardstock. I swiped a Clear Embossing & Watermark Ink Pad over the die cut and then added Copper Embossing Powder to it. I melted the embossing powder with a heat gun and then repeated this two more times, adding more embossing ink and copper embossing powder, to create a thick dimensional sentiment.

Then, I stamped the "life is better sentiment" in Onyx pigment ink onto a small strip of Antique Ivory cardstock.

To assemble the card, I glued the heat embossed sentiment to the background panel and then used foam tape to adhere the stamped sentiment. Finally, I glued the card front to a top-folding card base.

Thank you so much for visiting!
