Shipping Update

As with all of us, the Covid-19 virus has turned our world upside down.

After more than 2 months of mandated closure, Hero Arts has reopened. We are working hard to get our warehouse up and running efficiently, as we clean up, take inventory, and get our staff back to normal work hours, all in the context of safety first. Unfortunately, the process has been slower than expected and although we are working hard, we are at about 50% of our pre Covid-19 capacity.

We are currently in the process of shipping May orders and hope to finish shipping all of them this week. We were not able to combine all May kit orders with add-ons so if you have received a May kit, please know that your add-on order is still coming to you. For those orders placed in June, we hope to start shipping those orders out later this week. We expect that it will take us a couple of weeks to ship them all.

We deeply appreciate your kind patience and understanding! Of course, if at any time you need us to cancel and refund your order, please do not hesitate to let us know.

You will receive a shipping confirmation by email when your order has shipped.

Happy stamping,

P.S. We are experiencing an extremely high volume of emails and calls. Rest assured we have your order(s), and if you still need to contact us we apologize for delays in responding back to you. info@heroarts.com or 1-800-822-4376.
