September My Monthly Hero Countdown: Idea #7 + Giveaway

MMH Countdown to Creativity

We're getting close to the release of our September My Monthly Hero kit and add-on products, tomorrow September 6 at 1pm eastern! We have one more day of sneak peeks for you. This post is from Mariana, and she's sharing another beautiful fall wreath!

The September My Monthly Hero main kit and add-ons include beautiful stamps, dies and other products that are just perfect to create projects for the coming Autumn celebrations.

I created a card for today to showcase some of these fabulous products. I began by creating a card base and panel from the card stock included in this fabulous kit. Using the optional Branch Wreath Fancy Die I die cut the shape from Snow Layering paper. I only used the inner part of it to gold-emboss a sentiment, and I adhered the shape onto the card.  I die cut a second Branch Wreath, but this time from Kraft cardstock and I adhered over the card matching the white center.

I die cut one of the pretty wreaths included in the main kit from Latte Layering paper and I layered it over the branch wreath. Then, I die cut several little shapes and leaves from different colors of cardstock and I arranged them along the lower part of the wreath. I used foam tape on some of them to add dimension and at the end, I simply embellished the card with some brown gemstones.

Win a kit before you can buy it! Just leave a comment on this (and every) Countdown to Creativity post! We’ll randomly draw one lucky winner from all of the comments left across all countdown posts, and announce the winner first thing Tuesday morning, September 6, before the kit launches at 1pm eastern. The more you comment, the more chances to win!
