Seaside Memories

Hello and welcome!  Seeka here and today I'm sharing a card featuring the June Hero Studio Die Set of the Month: Summer Memories.

This die set includes everything you need to make this cute camera and little ocean-themed photos; or substitute your own photos or other dies to customize your card for any occasion!

To create this card, I die cut the camera and photo elements from Seaside, Waterfall, Chiffon, Blush, Tutu, Beeswax, and Fawn cardstock from Spellbinders, and Pitch Black and Dove White cardstock from Hero Arts.  I assembled and glued together the camera pieces and each of the photos and set them aside.

Next, I stamped the Ocean Waves Bold Prints stamp in Arctic Core Ink onto a 4.25" x 5.5" panel of white cardstock.  Using a die from the Nesting Rectangle Infinity die set, I cut the panel down to 3.5" x 4.75".  Then, I stamped the sentiment, from the June Hero Studio Card Kit of the Month, in Onyx pigment ink and used the coordinating die to cut it out.  I cut three more sentiment shapes from white cardstock and then stacked and glued all four sentiment pieces together to create dimension.

To assemble the card, I used foam tape to adhere the Ocean Waves background panel to a top-folding card base.  Then I used more foam tape and glue to adhere the camera, photos, and sentiment to the card front.

Thank you so much for visiting!
