Hi crafty friends!
Lea Lawson here today to share a card set featuring the new products from the
Expressions of Spring collection. There is something for everyone in this collection, with fantastic die sets and Glimmer Hot Foil products. Let’s take a look at how I created these cards!

Happy Easter Card
My first card features a lot of diecutting and some ink blending. I started by diecutting the
Forever Spring Eggs six times from white cardstock: 3 solid eggs, and 3 decorative. I ink blended the solid eggs in pink, yellow & orange. I covered the decorative ones in
Sparkle Dust and
Sparkle Cuts, then layered them to the solid eggs. I cut the
Spring Flutter die from gold foil paper, and the coordinating flowers from white cardstock. I added some color to the little flowers by ink blending them in coordinating colors, then attached them to the larger diecut. I also diecut the
Expressions of Spring sentiment from gold foil paper and twice from white cardstock. I stacked and adhered them together to give the sentiment more dimension.

Next I ink blended an A2 card panel in pink & yellow. Then I diecut it with the largest Nestabilities Essentials Rectangle & decorative border. At this point I proceeded to assemble the card as shown, popping some elements up with foam adhesive for added dimension. Finally, I accented the card with some iridescent jewels to finish.

Happy Spring Card
My second card is a fun shaker that includes both hot foiling and diecutting! I started by foiling an A2 cardstock panel with the
Scattered Flowers Background in
Aura colored foil. I trimmed it down, and adhered it to the middle of a white A2 cardbase. Then I foiled the
Glimmer Daisy set multiple times in Aura foil as well. I cut the daisies and leaves out with the coordinating dies, then set aside.

Next I ink blended an A2 cardstock panel in pink, yellow and orange. I diecut it with the largest
Essentials Rectangle, then also diecut the solid egg from the middle using the Forever Spring Eggs set. I created the shaker window, and covered the back in foam tape. I added Sparkle Dust, Sparkle Cuts &
Confetti Sparkle Elements to the middle of the cardbase, then adhered the shaker window down to the top.
TIP: Prep your acetate window with static reducing powder tool to keep the glitter from sticking to it.

Next I arranged the daisies and leaves around the egg shaped window, popping some up with foam adhesive for added dimension. I diecut the Happy banner using the
Hoppy Sunday Drive die set, and the word Spring from the Expressions of Spring Sentiments, both from gold foil paper & white cardstock. I adhered the banner to stickpin, then adhered it into the daisy cluster. I adhered the rest of the sentiment to the lower right corner of the card, then accented the daisies with iridescent jewels to finish.

I really hope you enjoyed my card set featuring this fun new Expressions of Spring collection! I had so much fun creating them and I hope they inspire you as you create with these gorgeous new products. Have a wonderful day!
