Hi, friends! It's Caly with you today and I'm sharing a fun card using the new Ice Cream Cling Background stamp that coordinates with the Peek-A-Boo Doors Fancy Die. The Peek-A-Boo Doors Fancy Die has been very popular since its debut during the holidays in 2018. I love that Hero Arts has since come out with a few cling background stamps to coordinate with it.
I stamped the image with Intense Black Ink and began coloring them with Copic markers (R17, R22, R20, R01, V01, V04, Y11, Y13, Y35, YR30, E50. E31, E23, E59, N0, N1, N3, N5, B000, B12, BG11, BG34, YG01, YG11, YG05, G03, G09).
After coloring, I lined the Peek-A-Boo Doors Fancy Die over my colored panel and die-cut the panel. To prepare my window backgrounds, I prepared a White Top-Folded Card and masked off about 1/3 inch from the sides and ink-blended the center with Taffy Reactive Ink.
I adhered the colored/die-cut panel to my card base, being careful not to apply any adhesive to the doors. Carefully folding back each window, I began stamping sentiments in each opening using the Hero Greetings Mini-Messages stamp set. The sentiments on this stamp set are PERFECT for these little door openings!
To finish my card, I added Crystal Clear Lacquer to the images on each door for extra shine and dimension. I love that the sentiment from the Ice Cream Cling Background stamp can be read, but there are hidden messages under each door! I hope you like this fun card and that you'll give it a try!

This is the CUTEST peek-a-boo card ever!!!! I love the various ice cream treats and the adorable message that weaves around!!! This will be perfect for my 3 yr old grandson!!! Love your coloring and the glaze on the treats!! The taffy ink is so pretty—almost like cotton candy!!
