Succulent Trio

Hello there, Michelle here and today I have a card to share using the gorgeous Succulent Trio stamp set. I have always had a fondness for succulents and cacti, growing them since I was a child. They seem to be very popular now days and I love that!

I started off my card by stamping the three succulents on to some Kraft Layering Paper using Black Ink. These were then cut out using the smallest die from the Tag Infinity Dies collection. The succulents were coloured using Prismacolor Pencils. The Kraft Layering Paper works really well with colour pencils as it has a little bit of a texture to it. Once coloured, I went around some of the black lines of the stamp with a black pen to define them further.

I took a Kraft Notecard and added a layer of Snow Paper on top. I then stamped the Handwritten Happy Birthday stamp on to the white layer with more black ink. The succulent tags were added above with foam tape. To finish off, I added two Ombre Green Sequins to the sides of the two outer tags.

A really simple card but I think any gardening enthusiast would love it! Thanks so much for popping by today. Happy stamping!
