Happy New Year to everyone at Hero Arts! I’ve been paper crafting most of my life, beginning with making my own paper dolls as a child. I started stamping in the 1980’s , and Hero Arts stamps were some of my first additions to my stash. It’s been so fun watching the industry grow and change over the years, and to see how fashions change along with it. I still have all of my old wood mounted HA stamps, and still use them.
Besides paper crafting, I do a little bit of sewing, and plan to start cross-stitching some small projects after taking a break from it for 10 years.

I have been paper crafting of some sort for about
30 years. I used to be an avid cross-stitcher and
have made many a gift! And I miss it a lot so may
try to pick that up again.
I started paper crafting about 30 years ago. I took a break for several years when I had my second child. I am excited to get back into it and have recently started to update my inventory!
I have been a papercrafter for a little over 7 yrs now. I am also studying soft/pan pastel painting as well. It took me a minute to figure out my thing, I also dabble in watercolor & acrylics, but I think this is it! I love creating, sharing, and possibly bringing a small amount of joy to the world by sharing my art.

I never stopped papercrafting as a child in elementary school, lol, so that’s at least 35 years! I think my mother still has some of my early homemade cards. My paper stash is rivaled only by my fabric stash – I also love to sew (and crochet).
