March My Monthly Hero Countdown: Idea #4 + Giveaway

We’re back with idea #4 for using the the March My Monthly Hero release! The kit will be available on Monday, March 6th at 1pm EST/10amPST. We’ll be sharing ideas for using the main kit and the optional add-on products all weekend long, so stay tuned for more inspiration! This time Amy is here, sharing her fun and easy ideas for creating with this month’s kit.

Are you enjoying the Countdown posts?! This month’s kit is absolutely amazing, isn’t it? I have a card that uses the Main Kit.

I couldn’t wait to ink up those sweet bunnies! I kept my overall design clean so that the bunnies would be the star of the show. Did you notice the clear embossing on my card?

Clear embossing can add texture without distracting from the focal point. My base is a panel from the Foliage Mixed Layering Papers. The slight curve on the bunny panel was designed with one of the Nesting Oval Infinity Dies. By not feeding my entire panel through my die cutting machine, I was able to just cut a curved border.

I stamped and colored the beets and then die cut them so that they could then be placed on a foam adhesive square.

Win a kit before you can buy it! Just leave a comment on this (and every) Countdown to Creativity post. We’ll randomly draw one lucky winner from all the comments left across all countdown posts. The winner will be announced first thing Monday morning, March 6th, before the kit launches at 1pm EST. The more you comment, the more chances to win!

Thanks so much for visiting and have a great day!
