Bottle Brush Trees Etched Dies is a set of six thin metal dies and is a part of the
Tis the Season Collection. These bottle brush trees come with its skeleton base, layer and stand to create the adorable shape. Use the ornaments and stars to decorate.
For today’s first card, Nicole pairs the Bottle Brush Trees with the car from the
Special Delivery Etched Dies. Have you taken advantage of the “cheat sheet” style PDF on the product pages of many Spellbinders die sets? We include these helpful sheets for die sets that have lots of pieces and parts, to help you discern which piece fits where. Check out the
Special Delivery “cheat sheet” for help with all those car parts that add so much personality and life to this charming car.

Watch today’s video to see Nicole “build” the car and learn some of her tips and tricks along the way. You’ll love her tips using wax paper, and cardstock scraps to help her in assembling the car “puzzle-piece style”.
Nicole hot foiled her sentiment ahead of time using
Glimmer Specialty Cardstock. You’ll love this specialty cardstock for fail-proof Glimmer hot foiling!
Next it’s time to start assembling the scene. Nicole tucks the
bottle brush tree onto the top of her festive red car with a sweet yellow die cut twine bow. She finishes off the card with gems and a splatter of
Sparkle Silk.
The second card features a colorful forest of
Bottle Brush Trees. Watch to see Nicole layer a snowy sky background behind the bottlebrush trees, and line it up with a large die cut circle, which will become the opening for a shaker card. Her hinge technique using our Best Ever Craft Tape makes it simple to layer everything together.

Look! we added another layer of foam tape and now the shaker elements have more room to move!
To create the shaker element, Nicole layers a piece of
Clear Acetate Sheet behind the die cut circle, attaching it with
white liner tape. Then she adds
foam tape to create dimension. The key to a successful shaker card is making sure there are no gaps between the foam tape, so none of the filling escapes. Nicole fills her shaker card with artificial snow mixed with
Sparkle Cuts glitter.
One more extra colorful idea using the bottle brush trees is today’s last card featuring a slimline rainbow of colorful trees. Every color combination you can imagine looks absolutely perfect with this holiday die set!

It’s so much fun to mix and match our holiday products, and the
Bottle Brush Trees Die Set coordinates with so many other stamp and die sets.
