Instructions
- Die cut the frame for the cauldron out of the Anchor cardstock. Ink-blend over the lower half of the cauldron with black ink.
- Die cut 3 more cauldron frames out of Raven cardstock and adhere the black cauldrons together.
- Die cut a cauldron base out of Orchid cardstock. Ink-blend over the lower half of the cauldron with Grape Juice Core Ink.
- Adhere the stacked black cauldron frames to the Orchid cauldron.
- Die cut a cauldron base out of acetate. Adhere the acetate cauldron to the Anchor cauldron frame.
- Die cut the two smallest bubbles out of Orchid and Mulberry cardstocks. Ink-blend a side of each of the bubbles with either Orchid (for the Orchid bubbles) or Grape Juice (for the Mulberry bubbles) inks.
- Die cut the bones out of white cardstock. Color the bones with gray markers to add texture.
- Die cut spiders out of Raven cardstock.
- Fill the Orchid cauldron with the bubble, spider and bone diecuts. Add chunky glitter and then adhere the acetate cauldron on top to seal the shaker.
- Die cut 2 bases for the bubbles out of white cardstock.
- Die cut the four sizes of bubbles out of either Orchid or Mulberry cardstocks. Ink-blend a side of each of the bubbles with either Orchid or Grape Juice inks.
- Flip one of the white bubble bases over and then adhere the diecut bubbles to the two white bubble bases.
- Adhere one the bubble bases to the cauldron shaker.
- Trim some Fairy Tale cardstock to create an A2 panel (4 1/4" x 5 1/2").
- With a craft knife and a ruler cut two slits about 1 1/2" long and only about 1/16" wide into the Fairy Tale panel. These slits need to be hidden behind the cauldron so they should only be about 2" apart.
- With the largest bubble dies, die cut a partial circle opening at the bottom of the panel to create a notch to grab the pull tab.
- Trim some Fairy Tale cardstock down to create a strip 2" x 4" for the pull tap.
- Cut a strip from the cellophane about 1 1/4" wide and 5" long. Fed the cellophane strip through the two slits in the Fairy Tale panel, then trim off any of the excess of the cellophane so there is just a 1/4" overlap of the ends. Adhere the two ends of the cellophane together with double-sided tape.
- Adhere the Fairy Tale pull tab to the cellophane on the backside of the Fairy Tale panel.
- Trim some Orchid cardstock down to create strip about 2 1/4" x 2 1/2".
- Adhere the strip to the cellophane on the front of the Fairy Tale panel.
- Adhere the Fairy Tale panel to the front of an A2 card base.
- Adhere the cauldron shaker to the card front with doubled up foam adhesive.
- Adhere the remaining bubble base to the top of the Orchid strip.
- Pull the pull tab so that it is fully extended and the stamp "Happy Halloween" onto the Orchid strip in Charcoal ink.
- Die cut an arm out of Mint cardstock and a sleeve out of Anchor cardstock. Ink-blend the sleeve with black ink. Adhere the sleeve to the arm.
- Adhere the arm and a spider to the card front with liquid glue. Use scissors to trim off any overhang of the arm.
- Use a marker to create faux splatter on the card front.
