November My Monthly Hero Countdown: Idea #6 + Giveaway!

Hello again! We've come to the end of our countdown, leading up to the launch of the November My Monthly Hero kit tomorrow, Monday, November 6th at 1pm Eastern/10am Pacific. Remember to comment on each and every post as we'll be giving away a kit on Monday morning, before the release! Now join Libby as she shares a few more ideas for combining this month's optional add-on products with the main kit...

There are a couple of add-on dies this month that are so much fun! I used them to create some tags that I'll be using on my packages this holiday season.

The first tag features the Snowflake Tag Fancy Die. I love the rounded elements to the snowflake, and how there's a great place right in the center for adding a message - the messages from this month's main kit fit perfectly! I added the "made with love" message and embossed it in silver. I will use this tag on a handmade gift!

Do you notice that beautiful, subtle, sparkly background on this tag? It's a fabulous new background stamp - Snowflake Pattern Bold Prints. I looooove it, especially in sparkle embossing powder. I used layering paper from the Pool pack, and die cut it with the ever useful Tag Infinity Dies. I picked out the clear sequins from the Champagne mix, and finished the tag with a little silver twine that came in one of the previous kits!

The next tag was decorated with the new Paper Layering Santa Tag!

I die cut Santa twice - once in white, and again in more paper from the Pool pack. I used my Copics to add some color to Santa, and paper pieced in his hat and pool eyes. There's a hole in the top of Santa's hat, so he could be a tag all by himself - but I layered him again on my die cut tag, lining up the holes. I finished this tag with a silver embossed message from the kit, die cut using an oval, also included in the kit.

Throughout both tags I used some silver glitter paper from my stash. I have more glitter paper in my stash than you can imagine. I sort of love the stuff.

Win a kit before you can buy it! Just leave a comment on this (and every) Countdown to Creativity post! We'll randomly draw one lucky winner from all of the comments left across all countdown posts and announce the winner first thing Monday morning, November 6th, before the kit launches at 1pm Eastern. The more you comment, the more chances to win!

Thanks so much for visiting! One more sleep until release, yay!
