Hola everyone! Pocono Pam here! Today I am sharing a card featuring the Looking Glass Pearl from our June monthly add-ons release. This set of three layering dies creates a beautiful underwater scene. My card was was fun to create as I got to play with some of the new Hero Arts Premium Cardstock and Core Inks.
I started by blending Paradise and Arctic Core Inks onto a 4" x 5.25" Bermuda cardstock panel. I stamped "Hello Friend" from the Mermaid Wishes clear stamp set in Pitch Black ink onto the blended panel and adhered it to a Dove White A2 card base.
Next, I heat embossed a 3" x 3" scrap piece of cardstock with sand embossing powder and used the Compact Cutter to cut a frame with one of the dies from the Looking Glass Circle & Square Frames set.
To continue, I die-cut the Looking Glass Pearl layers in Passion Flower, Iris and Eggplant Premium Cardstock.
I layered and glued the seashell, seaweed and ocean floor to the sand frame and trimmed off the excess. I then adhered the layered frame to the blended panel.
To complete the card, I added dimension to the seashell with alcohol markers, White Iridescent Shimmer Mist (applied with a Water Flow Brush) and a Large Antique Pearl.
