Ghosts and Pumpkins

Halloween? Already? Where I am, stamping fall cards is a way to keep cool in the broiling 117 degree desert! As my friend Alma calls it - “stupid hot!”

This adorable Mix and Match Pumpkins and Ghosts set is just plain FUN! My first card shows off those happy pumpkins stamped in all of our orange ink colors (Tangerine, Pale Tomato, Just Rust and Orange Soda). Layer the solid stamp, then outline and finally faces on both the pumpkins and ghost. I added gems for their eyes - I love how they glow in the photo!

Normally I am not a ghost person, but how can you NOT love these friendly guys? I stamped them in pastel Halloween colors - any will do - and then a black outline and finally faces. I hand cut each ghost. The words were stamped on a scrap of orange printed paper. Mount all on light orange card stock. Sorry but I couldn’t resist the Palm Springs sunglasses on the green ghost!

Anne Wylie,

Love these cards! The ghost with the sun glasses is too cute!

Susan King,

How awesome is it to use sequins in the pumpkins eyes! Can’t wait to try it!

Dolores Holloman,

These ghost and pumpkins are so cute. The gems in the eyes does add that special touch. Be nice to have a spray or shimmer that glowed in the dark that shimmered and glowed in the dark . That is just my brain whirling around…

Linda Duensing,

So cute and thanks for sharing.

Glenda Sultan,

Precious ghosts. Just right for my 5 year old grandson!
