Video: Scene Creating with Stencils

Good morning! Jess here with a video featuring the beautiful new  Sea and Sky Stencil ! I used the stencil to create a scene with one of my long-time favorite Hero Arts sets! ;)

You can watch the video below or over on our YouTube channel . If you're having problems viewing the video please click HERE !

To start I blended Reactive inks over the Sea and Sky Stencil to create a dreamy scene! I used Lemon Drop , Creamsicle , Fruit Punch , and Taffy for the sky and Blue Hawaii , Blue Raspberry , and Pool Party for the sea.

Next I stamped the gorgeous mermaid from Mermaid Kisses with Intens-ified Black ink and colored her with Copic markers before die-cutting her with the coordinating die

Then I die-cut the mountains from the Color Layering Mountains at the Lake Frame Cut dies with Hero Hues Pebble cardstock and adhered them to the blended panel. I stamped a sentiment from You Shine and then added my mermaid with foam mounting tape. To finish, I added a few accents with a white gel pen!

I love combining new and old products together and I think the Sea and Sky Stencil was the perfect backdrop for this pretty mermaid! Thanks so much for stopping by today and I hope you have a wonderful week!
