Hello there, Michelle here. Today I have a card to share using the fabulous new Killer Messages stamp set. It is such a fun set that can be used for so many occasions but today, I kept it simple and created a fun birthday card. You can see how I made the card in the video below.
I started my card off by cutting the base panels from white and Bristol cardstock using one of the rectangles from the
Rectangles Infinity Dies
collection. On to one of them I pencilled in a wave and then cut this out. Using
Summer Sky
,
Aquatic
and
Deep Ocean
Bold Inks (you can get the whole set of cubes in the
Tropical Waters
set), I coloured this piece to look like the sea. I first added a light layer using a stencil brush. I then added over the
Abstract Waves Stencil
and using
daubers
, I added the same three colours over the top to give some depth to the sea.
I then stamped the shark and sentiment from the Killer Messages stamp set on to the white cardstock panel with Intense Black ink . The shark was simply coloured using Copic Markers. This panel was added to an A2 black card base with tape runner and then I added the sea piece on top with foam sheet and double-sided tape. To see how I made the card, you can watch the video below:

The card could easily be replicated using different sentiments for different occasions. Since I made the mask/template for the sea, I can use this over and over again. Thanks so much for popping by today, happy stamping!
