For this first card, I stamped a background using the anchor from the   hero_product_link sku="CL957" text="Hipster at Heart"]  stamp set and some   hero_product_link sku="PW110" text="white heat embossing"] . I used   hero_product_link sku="AF212" text="Pool"]  and   hero_product_link sku="AF146" text="Soft Pool"]   to color the background, and to set the stage for the die cut, I cut a simple flag panel of vellum.

For this card's die cut, I die cut   hero_product_link sku="DI192" text="the words"]   from black cardstock, then, on a scratch piece of paper, covered them with black enamel accents glaze. I do this before adhering the die cuts to the vellum, because I can be messy with the enamel and I'd rather it get on the scratch paper than the vellum. ;)

Once the die cuts dry (I usually wait overnight, just to be safe), I adhere them to the vellum. For both cards, I adhered the die cuts to the vellum using Multi Matte Medium - this adhesive bonds really well with vellum, and doesn't make as much of an obvious mess if you don't adhere spot on.

For this second card, I did the same thing for the stamped portion, except different image from the same stamp set, and then   hero_product_link sku="AF233" text="Pale Tomato"]  and   hero_product_link sku="AF247" text="Fresh Peach"]  for the colors.

For the die cuts, I covered a piece of black cardstock with   hero_product_link sku="VC250" text="Versamark"] , then heat embossed it with   hero_product_link sku=" PW105 " text="sparkle embossing powder"] . Embossing the cardstock before die cutting the words is much simpler and easier than embossing them after die cutting them, and it also helps the delicate die cut retain its shape better.

These cards are simple and easy to mass produce - I used one image from the Hipster at Heart stamp set for each of these cards, and you could easily make a whole set of cards using the rest of the images, with different colors!
