Video: Creating a Wintery Christmas Scene

Good morning and Happy Monday! Today I'm sharing a video tutorial using some new and old holiday sets to create a wintery Christmas card!

If you aren't able to view the video above please click HERE to watch it on YouTube

To start I stamped the Color Layering Seasonal Tree with Stone Wash , Nautical , and Intens-ified Black  ink onto Deluxe Smooth White  cardstock. Then I stamped the fox with Intens-ified Black  ink. I also stamped the top ornament layer and a sentiment with Embossing & Watermark Ink and heat-embossed it with gold embossing powder . Then I die-cut both with the coordinating dies.

Next I stamped the trees and snowbanks from the Winter Woods HeroScape with Dusty Blue , Stone Wash , Nautical , and Granite  ink. Then I die-cut them with the coordinating dies. Next I blended  Dusty Blue and Stone Wash  ink onto the top of an A2 panel with blending brushes to create a sky.

After everything was stamped and die-cut I arranged and adhered them over the ink-blended panel. I used foam mounting tape for the sentiment and tree to finish the card with a little dimension. I love the mix of wintery blues with the metallic gold and I hope you do, too!

Thanks so much for stopping by and have an amazing week!
