VIDEO: Subtle Stamping + Soft Coloring

Hi crafty friends! It's Jeannie and today, I'm sharing a simple graduation card featuring two sets: Bunch of Balloons and It's Our Anniversary Stamp & Cut XL

To create this card, I started by stamping the main image from Bunch of Balloons using INTENS-ified Black ink. To create a bit more interest, I decided to use Hero Hues Granite Ink and the Bunch of Balloons to frame my main image on the four corners of the card panel.

Next, I picked out sentiments from the It's Our Anniversary XL set to heat emboss using Embossing & Watermark Clear Ink along with White Embossing Powder on Pitch Black cardstock. I love how sentiments really pop on the black.

I wanted to use the Party word die that comes in the It's Our Anniversary XL set, so I cut it out using Pitch Black cardstock to match the other messages.

I colored the balloons using alcohol markers, leaving a lot of white in the image, which gives the look of highlights and dimension.

To finish off this card, I trimmed my card panel down just by a quarter of inch and matted it on Mustard Cardstock. All that's left to do is to add my sentiments and my card comes together so well!

Thank you for joining me here today. I hope you enjoyed this card and the accompanying video!
