Mrs. Afro Claus with Christmas Folks Stamp Set

Hola everyone! Pocono Pam here sharing a gift tag I created with the newly released Christmas Folks stamp and coordinating Frame Cuts set. The set features Mr. & Mrs. Claus, angels, an elf and five holiday sentiments. When I saw Mrs. Claus in the set, I immediately knew I wanted to give her an afro! I love how she turned out and the tag is perfect to adorn any holiday gift!

To create my gift tag, I stamped the image of Mrs. Claus with Intense Black Ink. I altered her hairstyle and colored in her garments with Copic markers.

Using an acetate sheet and Paradise cardstock, I cut out the third nested Tag Infinity die. I stamped a portion of the Holiday Graphic Pattern Bold Prints on the the acetate tag with orange StazOn ink. This is a permanent ink and once dry (it only take a few minutes) will not smudge on the surface it is applied to. I adhered Mrs. Afro Claus onto the opposite side on the inked acetate tag with Precision Glue

Then, placing foam tape on the inked side under Mrs. Claus, I adhered the acetate tag to the blue tag. I added a bow. I stamped "to" and "from" on the back of the tag. Additional ribbon or string can be added once I am ready to tie the tag to a gift!

Thanks for taking a peek at my Mrs. Afro Claus gift tag today! Have a great rest of your week!
