Holiday Faux Wax Seals

Hello and welcome! Seeka here and today I'm sharing a card and an envelope embellishment made with the new Wax Seals Stamp & Cut set. If you love the look of wax seals, this set makes it easy to recreate that look without having to worry about whether the wax will make it through the mail!

For the card, I stamped a selection of wax seal images in Ultra Pink and Paradise Core Inks onto Dove White cardstock. I also stamped the Happy Holidays sentiment seal in Onyx pigment ink. I cut out all nine images with the coordinating dies and set them aside.

Next, I stamped the Falala Bold Prints background stamp in Granite Core Ink onto a 4.25" x 5.5" panel of Dove White cardstock. I also used two dies from the Square Infinity Dies set to cut a white square as well as a slightly larger square from Ultra Pink cardstock. I glued the two squares together and then used foam tape to adhere the nine seals to the square.

To finish the card, I used foam tape to adhere the square to the Falala background and then glued the card front to a top-folded card base.

Next, to create a little seal to add to my envelope, I stamped the solid seal edge  and inner Merry Christmas seal in Ultra Pink and used the coordinating die to cut it out. I glued this to the envelope, but you could also stamp the images directly onto the envelope!

That wraps up my project today. Thank you so much for visiting!
