Floral Silhouette Spotlight

Hola everyone! Pocono Pam here sharing a card showcasing the new Floral Silhouettes clear stamp set from the Mixed Media Catalog. Though the beautiful silhouette images are perfect for layering or grouping, I chose the single chrysanthemum to spotlight on my card.

I started by adhering 1.5" strips of Peony, Lavender and Amethyst cardstock onto a 3.25" x 4.5" scrap cardstock panel.

Next I die-cut a circle from the Nesting Circle Infinity Dies into a 3.5" x 4.75" Pitch Black cardstock panel. I heat emboss a sentiment from Art Journal Messages in white below the circle.

Placing the black panel onto the striped panel, I laid the Floral Silhouettes image in the circle to determine where I wanted to stamp. Once I decided, I removed the black panel and stamped the image in Intense Black ink on the striped panel several times for a good impression.

I layered the panels and adhered them to an white A2 card base. To complete the card, I added several dots of my new favorite pearlescent, dimensional accent - White Hero Pearls

Thanks for stopping by today!
