At Hero Arts, we’re passionate about inspiring creativity and supporting the stamping and papercrafting community. We occasionally sponsor creators, educators, and event organizers who share our love of crafting and help introduce Hero Arts products to new audiences. All requests for sponsorship or product donations are subject to review and approval.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for sponsorship, please ensure the following criteria are met:
- You must have an active social media presence or class/event history related to stamping or papercrafting.
- You must have used or featured Hero Arts products within the last 3 months. Hero Arts must be acknowledged in class materials, social media promotions, and/or at the event.
- Donation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event.
Types of Support We Consider
- Product for class kits, workshops, or make & takes.
- Product or gift cards for giveaways for online or in-person events.
- Influencer collaborations based on reach, content quality, and alignment with the Hero Arts brand.
What to Include in Your Request
- Please send an email to heromarketing@spellbinders.us with the subject line “Sponsorship Request” and include the following:
- Date and location of event or class (online or in-person)
- Overview of your audience and expected attendance or reach
- Description of how Hero Arts products will be used or featured
- Any links to your website, social media, or past events Specific products or types of items you're requesting
- How you plan to recognize Hero Arts' support (social tags, signage, etc.)
Additional Notes
- Due to a high volume of requests, we cannot accommodate all submissions.
- Priority may be given to creators and events that align with upcoming product launches or marketing campaigns.
- Hero Arts reserves the right to limit the number of donations per person per calendar year.
Angel Policy
We at Hero Arts and Spellbinders appreciate your choice to use our products to create beautiful items for your own use and for resale. Therefore, we give permission in the form of a limited license to use these products (Platinum™, Platinum 6, Glimmer, BetterPress, Grand Calibur®, Prizm™, Sapphire™, Presto Punch™ and Wizard™ Machines, Hero Arts and Spellbinders® die, punch templates, foil plates and stamps, dies, ink, cardstock, accessories or other items) to create artwork and crafts under the following conditions:
- You are permitted to sell your artwork and craft projects at seasonal fairs and events, retail shops, community fundraisers, festivals, craft events, and online craft marketplaces such as ETSY.
- We require that your actual crafting be limited and local in nature, handmade by the artist or crafter. Please do not mass-produce or allow production by hired workers.
- We do not limit quantities of for-sale artwork or crafts that abide by these restrictions and conditions.
- Hero Arts & Spellbinders® dies, punch templates, and stamp designs are copyrighted and may not be copied without permission; you also may not digitally or electronically reproduce projects.
- You may not use Hero Arts or Spellbinders images for purposes of creating logos or company trademarks.
- In selling handmade projects, the seller must make clear that the projects for sale are the creation of the artist, and not products sold by the company.
- Those who participate in creating handmade items for sale are responsible for obtaining the necessary licenses and complying with all state and federal tax collecting/reporting regulations and assume all responsibility and liability.
