Hello, crafty friends!! Brenda Noelke here from
My PaperCut Creations! I’m thrilled to be guest posting on the Spellbinders blog again today! I’m sharing three cards using the
Nutcracker Ballet Bundle from the Nutcracker Sweet Collection!
This collection includes some adorable nutcrackers and ballerinas, but I was drawn to the beautiful florals and folk-art ornaments, so that’s what I went with!!
MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM OUR HOME TO YOURS CARD
My first card combines several of the
Nutcracker Ballet Printed Die-Cuts with a couple of patterned papers from the
Nutcracker Ballet Paper Pad and a
Nutcracker Ballet Chipboard Sticker.

I added strips of red patterned paper and
gold mirror cardstock to an A2 white card base, then adhered the blue foiled panel over the top. The floral printed die-cuts were adhered with liquid glue and the sentiment die-cut was popped up with foam tape. The chipboard sentiment was adhered under “Merry Christmas” and a few
Red Color Essential Gems were added to some of the berries. I finished off the centers of some of the flowers with gold Stickles.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS CARD
My second card combines elements from the
paper pad,
chipboard stickers and
printed die-cuts. I trimmed the patterned paper slightly smaller than A2 and adhered it to a panel of
Pomegranate cardstock.

I adhered
gold Diamant thread to the back of the chipboard ornament and adhered it to the front of the card. The floral spray was adhered with liquid glue, while the sentiment banner was popped up with foam tape. I added a chipboard bow to the top of the ornament and a couple of stars to the background. A few
Red Color Essential Gems and gold Stickles finish this one off, as well.

PEACE & JOY CARD
My third card features all
printed die-cuts with the
paper pad. For this one, I adhered the holly printed patterned paper to an A2 panel of striped patterned paper. I added a strip of
mirror gold cardstock where the two papers meet on the top and bottom.

I added
gold Diamant thread to the back of three ornament-printed die-cuts and attached it to the back of the patterned paper before adhering it to the card base. The ornaments and bows were adhered with liquid glue and the die-cut sentiment was popped up with foam adhesive. A
Red Color Essential Gem added to each ornament completes this card.
