It's Your Birthday Card
Catch step by step instructions for this project below. Click photos to enlarge:
- Create 5” x 7” folded card base from cream cardstock. Cut 4-7/8” x 6-7/8” brush gold cardstock layer and 4-3/4” x 6-3/4”. Layer together with adhesive and put aside. With cream and brush gold cardstock, die cut as shown. For the fan die, make sure to die cut and then run through with the embossing pad and mat to highlight the beautiful debossed detail!
- Die cut flower dies multiple times with cream cardstock. Following Becca's video on how to create Cinch and Go Flowers, ink edges of petals with light pink ink before assembling. Three flowers were made for this project. Tip: Make a bunch of Cinch and Go flowers at one time and they’ll be ready for your next project!
- Adhere inlay die cut to rim die cut and adhere to center on card. Adhere brush gold fan horizontally across center of die cut. Heat emboss desired sentiment on cream cardstock and create sentiment banner. Adhere to center of fan.
- Trim excess wire from Cinch and Go Flowers and attach to card as shown with hot glue gun.
