Step 1: Prep
Step 2: Die-cut lattice heart insert in treat bag
Step 3: Die-cut lattice heart insert and heart outline out of hot pink paper. Adhere onto the treat bag.
Step 4: Die-cut heart border out of gold foil paper, adhere. Hear emboss sentiment in gold embossing powder onto vellum, staple onto the treat bag.
