Happy New Year! We hope you've enjoyed the holidays, and are settling into 2018. We are thrilled to be joining a big hop today, full of generous stampers and craft companies. Libby created the card we're sharing today. It features an oldie but goodie, our My Monthly Hero kit from December 2016! Libby stamped the champagne bottles repeatedly, colored with her Copics and then added gold gel pen (included in the kit) as well as some gold Stickles to the labels. The "cheers" was cut with a die included in the kit, and the shiny gold metallic paper came from the kit as well. She finished the card with some polka dotted washi tape from her stash.
Because this kit is so incredibly perfect for the new year, we decided to offer up THREE of them as our prizes for this hop! I ordered an add-on to this set last year and love it. Would enjoy working with this set, too. My resolution is to use up some of the paper in my stash.
My goal for 2018 is to actually get Christmas cards out the door this year! I had a 4 month old in 2017 that made it a little tough!
I want to make more backgrounds – from sunsets to mountains for my cards (or artwork).
