Wintery Hot Foiled Birthday Card

Hi friends! Jessica here with a sparkly, shimmery winter birthday card featuring the gorgeous Snowflake Pattern Hot Foil Plate and some of my favorite snowflake products!

To start, I hot foiled the Snowflake Pattern Hot Foil Plate onto an A2 panel of Nautical cardstock with a beautiful shimmery opal foil. I trimmed it down and adhered it to a White Top-Folded Card Base. Then I watered down a little White Hero Wax and splattered it onto the card panel with a damp paintbrush.

Next I die-cut the 'celebrate' sentiment twice from the Birthday Stamp & Cut XL set with Periwinkle cardstock and adhered them together to create a thick chipboard-like sentiment. I also stamped the 'make a wish' sentiment from the set onto Deluxe Smooth White cardstock with Nautical ink. Then I die-cut the Snowflake Corner Fancy Die from white glitter paper and the snowflakes from the Large Snowflakes and Swirls Fancy Die from silver glitter paper. I layered the snowflakes onto the hot-foiled panel and adhered them with Precision Glue and then added the sentiment on top to finish the card.

I wish you could see this card in person...it's SO shiny and sparkly! Thanks so much for stopping by and have a wonderful week!
