Video: Fun and Easy Hello Card with the City Park HeroScape

Hello there! Daniel, here, with a fun and easy Hello card featuring the new  City Park HeroScape  stamps and coordinating  Frame Cuts .

HeroScape stamp sets were created to help you make stunning scenes for your projects by adding a few different inks to the layers and lining them up. They really make a fun and quick alternative to coloring every detail of a project.

You can watch how I put this card together here:

(If you are having trouble viewing this video, please watch HERE  on YouTube.)

For this project, I stamped the skyline from the City Park HeroScape  stamp set with Soft Granite  ink onto some Dove White  cardstock. Then, I die cut it with the coordinating Frame Cut.

Next, I stamped the park background in Green Hills  ink, flipped my card panel around and stamped it again with the detail stamp in Forever Green  ink, and die cut the park scene out with its coordinating Frame Cut.

TIP: To get a very even cut with a detailed die like this one, try cutting it out of a piece of cardstock first, then using the negative as a guide for placing the Frame Cut over your stamped scene.

After that, I stamped some clouds on the front of a Dove White card base  with Soft Sky  ink. Then, I popped up the skyline over it with foam tape.

Next, I glued a die cut of the park scene behind my stamped scene to make it a little thicker and popped it up over the bottom of the skyline with foam tape.

Then, I added some glue pen to the front of my skyline and poured Ultra Fine Prisma Glitter over the front of it for some shine!

To finish it off, I stamped the word "hello" on the front with Intense Black  ink.

I hope you enjoyed this fun card and that the video helps you see how easy the HeroScapes are to play with, and, I hope you have a wonderful day!
