Saturdays with Sally - Halloween Greetings

Yes, it’s getting to be pumpkin season, so get out your Halloween stamps and play! Today I chose Hero Greetings Halloween and Halloween Icons Dies for my main focus. Pull together some fall colors for your papers and inks.

Die cut the cats and bats in Pitch Black cardstock, the web in Pebble cardstock and the pumpkin in, you guessed it, Pumpkin cardstock! Stamp the "trick or treat" message from Hero Greetings Halloween in Green Apple ink on a white card. Stamp the small candy stamp in Green Apple, Just Rust and Butter Bar randomly for a base. Mount objects with glue and foam tape as shown. You can glue a small piece of Mustard cardstock behind the pumpkin so his face "lights up". Add Greens Enamel Dots for cat eyes and add a black dot with a permanent pen.

I couldn’t resist the ghost die from Hero Lifestyle Trick or Treat so I die cut some shapes and paired them with the same cat and bat from Halloween Icons Dies. First however, I wanted a night sky, so I stamped Snowy Rooftops Bold Prints in Soft Granite ink on white cardstock. I mounted a piece of that on Bermuda and Papaya cardstocks.  Add googly eyes and enamel dots, and finish with a message.

PS…You can be eating chocolate when you make these!! Trick or Treat!
