Egg-Shaped Easter Card with Hero Transfers

Hello! It's Michelle Lupton here today to share a fun Easter project using products from the Charming Easter Collection. This would make a fun project for Easter crafting with kids in your family!

  1. I began by cutting out two of the 2nd largest eggs from white cardstock using the Eggs Infinity Dies. I scored one of them about 2cm from the top and folded it, and cut off about 1cm from the bottom. I adhered the folded edge to the other egg to create a top folding Easter egg shaped card base.
  2. I masked off a wide stripe in the middle of the card, and ink blended the rest in Azalea Core Ink. I then used the Asana Pattern Stencil to add Grape Juice Core Ink, before removing the stencil and the mask. 
  3. I cut out the two Easter bunnies and three flowers from the Folk Animals Hero Transfers and applied them over the white stripe using the stick provided in the pack. 
  4. I finished the card with a small sentiment banner using the Everyday Sentiment Strips stamp set and the Sentiment Strips Fancy Die.
