CommUNITY: What's New In The CommUNITY Collection

Hey everyone. It's Dana here with you today. The CommUNITY collection has expanded and we are thrilled to provide you with new products to play with. The CommUNITY collection is a collaboration between Hero Arts, Pocono Pam and me (Dana Joy). CommUNITY is about embracing and honoring the creativity of individuals who are often underrepresented. By sharing art from a diverse group of creators, we hope to not only bring inspiration to this papercrafting community we all love so much, but also support and empower individuals to be their authentic selves as they create and share. Look for a new CommUNITY guest artist right here on the blog each month.

For my first card I used the Be You Bundle. There are several adorable birds in this stamp set all with their own personality. By stamping the images with Intens-ified Black ink and coloring with Olo Markers, my little birds are very colorful.

Perching them on a few branches across a Dove White Side Folded Card and adding a simple sentiment this card is ready for the mail.

One of my favorite images from the CommUNITY collection has always been the United People Bold Prints. Let me introduce the new United People Hot Foil Plate! ❤️❤️❤️ Squealing with happiness. So for this card, I hot foiled the United People with white hot foil on Pitch Black cardstock. For added interest, I used the Wooden Frame Infinity Dies to create a unique design for the card. The frame portion was die cut several times so I could have it pop up a little from the inserted portion of the image.

The sentiment used on this card is from the Encouragement Sentiments Strips. I stamped the sentiment in Intens-ified Black ink onto Dove White cardstock. Using the coordinating Sentiments Strips Fancy Die, I die cut the sentiment and adhered it in the center of the card. The panel was then placed onto a Dove White Side Folded Card.

Thanks for stopping by today for a look at a few of the new CommUnity products! Grab yourself some goodies from the CommUNITY collection and spread some joy!
