Spooky Greetings | Halloween Mini Slimlines with Suzanna Hansen

Hey there, crafty friends! I’m so excited to be back here on the Spellbinders blog today! My name is Suzanna, but you may know me online and Instagram as Made in Mojave. I’m sharing four mini slimline cards today that I created with the Halloween collection. Each one is a little mix of cute and spooky, my favorite Halloween combo!

My first card is the most simple of the bunch, but also my favorite. Using a super versatile hot foil plate, I added Aura foiled stars to a black background. I added three varying size ghosts, then finished the card off with a “Spooky Greetings” sentiment.

Next I created two similar cards, using the Open House collection. Each card has a patterned paper background, a grey door, and a doormat that says “Hey Boo” instead of using a sentiment. I added various spooky elements to each, including skulls, pumpkins, webs, and bats.

The last card I created using the Let’s Be Frank set is a simple design, but a fun one. It’s a witches hat with mismatched socks and pointy boots. I finished the card off with an orange sentiment and a few sparkly clear enamel dots.

I’m new to Halloween cards, but love the fun and festive designs I’m able to achieve using these new goodies. Thank you so much for joining me here on the blog today. I hope these cards lend some inspiration for your own Halloween crafting!
