Little Loves Collection Inspiration | Silhouette Series with Susie - Part 3

Hello friends! Susie here.  Have you enjoyed the series showcasing the Little Loves Collection of dies by Sharyn Sowell? What an incredible talent and gifting Sharyn has been given. And what a pleasure it was to create with this special collection. My last two cards are somewhat bittersweet as it reminds me that childhood is brief. The sweet side is the joy we see when our children take flight with enthusiasm and confidence. Away We Go provides a peek into the tween years. Happy, loved and nurtured they turn toward the future.

Blue sky and green grass anchored by bright, fun, and festive patterned paper strips from Carta Bella. Balloon’s created with Classic Circles and cut from coordinating paper are held by twine and enameled dots. The whimsy is repeated randomly over the card. The ‘Wonderfully Magical’ chipboard sentiment from the Carta Bella Ephemera line says it all!

My last card is created simply. The Little Loves A2 Card Front is layered over blue and white patterned paper of weathervanes from Carta Bella with adhesive dimensional tape.  A touch of gold in the sentiment provides just the right amount of contrast. North, South, East or West, the love of families everywhere provide the building block foundations children need to go forth into the world. Take flight sweet family and know that you are loved.
