Hello! Jen Kotas is here today with three cards featuring the Gorgeous You Collection. This collection includes four dies sets, press plate sentiments and a 3D embossing folder. This collection made me want to make mostly monochromatic cards. They were perfect to pair with the new ColorWheel Cardstock.
I went through the new ColorWheel Cardstock and picked three or four shades of pink, teal, and purple. I used less than one sheet for these three cards plus I made several other cards.
Emboss an A2 panel of white cardstock with the Cross My Heart 3D Embossing Folder. Blend on pink ink from the bottom fading to white. Adhere to an A2 card base.
Die-cut pieces from Gorgeous You Makeup Etched Dies out of Blush, Dahlia, and Wild Berry ColorWheel Cardstock, Gold Glitter Cardstock, black glossy cardstock and shimmer vellum. Cut the tiny flower from the Gorgeous You Florals out of white cardstock.
Add shading to the pink cardstock die cuts with slightly darker pink inks.
Assemble die cuts and adhere to card with liquid glue.
Hot foil the sentiment from Flawless Sentiments Press Plate and Die Set on Wild Berry ColorWheel Cardstock and Opaque White Hot Foil Roll. Cut out with coordinating dies. Add to card with foam strips.

Die cut pieces from Gorgeous You Florals and Gorgeous You Perfume Bottle Etched Dies out of Seaside, Waterfall, Teal Topaz, Rainforest, Fern and Classic White ColorWheel Cardstock and iridescent vellum.
Add shading to the floral die cuts with slightly darker teal inks.
Assemble die cuts and adhere to card with liquid glue.
Hot foil the sentiment from Flawless Sentiments Press Plate and Die Set on white cardstock and Moondust Hot Foil Roll. Cut out with small insert from Gorgeous You Perfume Bottle Etched Dies. Adhere to card.
Die cut the Gorgeous You Makeup Bag Etched Dies from Lilac and Lavender ColorWheel Cardstock and Brushed Gold Cardstock. Cut the bag outline three times and the card hinge once from lavender to make the shaped card. To add a gift card, die cut the gift card holder from one of the bag outline pieces then adhere it to another outline layer for the back of the card, avoiding the flaps.
Assemble the die cuts then add the card hinge with liquid glue.
Hot foil the sentiment from Flawless Sentiments Press Plate and Die Set on Lilac ColorWheel Cardstock and Opaque White Hot Foil Roll. Cut out with coordinating dies. Add to card with foam strips.
Create a wax seal using the Butterfly 3D Mini Wax Seal and Pastel Lilac and Enchanted Wax Beads. Adhere to card.
Other Supplies: Hero Arts Paradise, Bermuda, Aquatic and Pine Core Ink, Iridescent Vellum, Precision Glue XL, Hero Arts Peony, Cotton Candy and Azalea Core Inks, Black Glossy Cardstock, Double Sided Adhesive Foam Strips
