Easy Handmade Card Tutorial with the Jubilee Collection by Rosie’s Studio
Hi everyone! My name is Melissa Phillips from @lilybeanmom. I’m delighted to join you today with a card tutorial using the new Jubilee Collection for Rosie’s Studio. This collection contains everything you’ll need to go from start to finish as you create handmade cards, tags, scrapbook pages, and more.
You’ll find 12x12 and 6x6 paper pads filled with florals, birthday, stripes, hearts, butterflies, and so much more to incorporate into your projects. The Jubilee collection also contains dimensional butterflies and bows, Puffy Stickers, and die-cut cardstock sentiments and ephemera. Let’s jump right into the project!
Select pink floral-patterned paper from the 6x6 Jubilee paper pad. Using the arched outline die from the Arch Punch & Pierce Plate, cut a large arch for the background of your focal point.
Using the same Arch Punch & Pierce Plate, run Jubilee paper in aqua through your die cut machine for the sending arch. Run Jubilee paper in hearts through your die-cut machine for the center arch.
Adhere middle, aqua arch to the center of the outer, pink floral arch.
Adhere the center arch to the middle of the aqua arch.
Adhere completed arch to an aqua cardstock base measuring 11x4 1/4”.
Using an oval die cut frame from the Jubilee Diecut Cardstock Sentiment, adhere to the center of your card using foam adhesive. Select a dimensional butterfly from the Rosie’s Butterfly & Bow Embellishments, and adhere it to the center of your frame.
Select the “Smile” sentiment from the Jubilee Puffy Stickers and adhere it near the lower right corner of your card. Add confetti Puffy Stickers, from this same package, and sprinkle near the upper left and lower right of the card to finish.
Our card is complete and in just a few quick and easy steps. Creating with a collection of patterned paper and embellishments really takes all of the guesswork out of your projects. Everything you’ll need is within reach and coordinates beautifully! Use this same step-by-step process and mix up the colors, patterns, and embellishments to complete something completely unique each and every time.
Thank you so much for joining me today. Fill your cart full of the inspiring, new Jubilee Collection and other Spellbinders products and create something full of life and personality. I hope you enjoy every minute of creating.
Melissa
