Spring Release with the Global Team!

Hello and welcome! Today we are continuing to celebrate the release of our Spring and Creative Essentials Catalogs with our amazing Hero Arts Global Team! Our artists from around the globe have created projects to share on their blogs, and we hope you'll hop along for more inspiration! But before you do, a few also created projects for this blog post. Let's take a look:

From Michelle Lupton: I stamped the Espalier Fruit Tree Bold Prints stamp in Clear Embossing & Watermark Ink onto Strathmore Bristol Smooth cardstock, and embossed it with White Embossing Powder. I swiped ink from a rainbow of Reactive Inks straight onto the panel, sprayed the panel with water and then used a paint brush to spread the colour around. I added more colour here and there to intensify the colour. (I used Taffy, Creamsicle, Lemon Drop, Key Lime Fizz, Pool Party, Splash and Thistle.) After drying, I cut the panel down to slightly smaller than my card front, and added the Amazing Fancy Die from black glitter paper, and stamped words from Thank You for Everything.

From Lounon: I foiled my Poppy Field Hot Foil Plate twice: once onto Sand Cardstock and once onto marker-friendly white cardstock with rose gold foil. I colored the "empty" poppies on the the white panel with my markers and fussy cut them, then glued them on the Sand panel. I stamped my sentiment from the Wonderful Day stamp set with Espresso Ink onto Sand cardstock, and framed it and matted and layered it with a bigger Woodland Cardstock. Finally, I stamped one of the butterflies from the Beautiful Butterflies stamp set onto white cardstock with a Clear Embossing & Watermark Ink, and embossed it with rose gold embossing powder. I colored it with my markers, fussy cut it and glued it on my card with foam adhesive. Et voilà 😉

From Lisa Tilson: I created a set of three pretty notecards using the Floral Imprints set. I masked off the edges of my panels and blended Reactive Inks in different combinations which served as a focal point for the silhouette flowers. I added Neutrals Enamel Dots as embellishments to finish the three cards.

And now it's time to see what the team is sharing on their blogs. We'll be giving away a $50 gift card, drawn from the comments left along the hop. Comment on all the blogs for more chances to win! You have until Sunday, February 26 at 11:59pm to enter. The winners will be announced on the Hero Arts blog.
