Hi, Jess here and I am excited to share another look at this fun holiday kit! Of course I love anything music related (especially Christmas music) so two specific images in the kit caught my eye right away! ;)
To start I stamped the tree and record player with Soft Vanilla Ink and colored them with Copic markers. Then I restamped them, using my MISTI, with Embossing and Watermark Ink and heat-embossed them with Gold Glitter Embossing Powder before die-cutting them with the coordinating dies.
Next I used Taffy and Green Apple Reactive Inks to blend little bokeh circles onto a panel of Dove White Hero Hues Cardstock. I splattered them with water to lighten areas and let the panel dry. Next I swiped my Embossing and Watermark Ink pad across the edges of my panel and heat-embossed them with Gold Glitter Embossing Powder. I also stamped my sentiment onto the panel and heat-embossed it with the same embossing powder. Finally I adhered my tree and popped up my record player with a little foam mounting tape. To finish the card I added a little Crystal Clear Lacquer to the ornaments and record for extra shine!

I love this card! It brings back so many wonderful memories of Christmases past (Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree was my late father’s favorite Christmas song). The colors and the gold embossing are gorgeous.
I love this Christmas card with the gold glitz. It reminds me of Christmas when I was a kid. I think my sister still has
the record player from our youth. Music, hot chocolate, eggnog; this card brings it all back. Thank you for sharing.
