Bold & Bright Holiday Cards

Hi Crafty Friends! Rosie here and I am back with a one of my all-time favorite products, red rubber Bold Prints stamps! Yay! Today, I will be highlighting the Abstract Poinsettia Bold Prints with Reactive Glitz inks in Byzantine Green, Egyptian Blue, and French Pink.

I started by ink blending Fresh Lawn Core ink with a blending brush on the edges of a Meadow card panel. Then I stamped the Abstract Poinsettia Bold Prints with Byzantine Green Reactive Glitz ink. I repeated the process with Paradise cardstock, Bermuda Core ink and Egyptian Blue Reactive Glitz ink. Then again with Cranberry cardstock and Cranberry Core ink with French Pink glitz ink. I let these panels air dry completely before moving onto the next step. Once the ink was dry, the glitz didn't smear or transfer.

For the next step I used Joyful Christmas Messages Hero Transfers to add a sentiment in the bottom right corner of each card panel. I did intentionally choose sentiments that popped on the card panel. Finally, I found coordinating ornaments from the Gold Trim Ornaments Hero Transfers. I was also intentional about which ornament I chose. I made sure to pick one red, green and blue ornament for each card panel.

This trio of cards was simple to put together but bold on color, glitz and pattern. These are also perfect cards to send in the mail as they are one layer designs.

Let's get a jump start on those holiday cards with these new Hero Arts products!
