Beautiful Floral Butterfly Thank You Card

Hello and welcome! Seeka here today sharing a card featuring the December Hero Studio Clear Set + Dies of the Month. The large floral butterfly image in this set is so beautiful and it fills an A2 card front easily!

I started by stamping the butterfly image and sentiment in alcohol-ink-friendly Intens-ified Black Ink onto Deluxe Smooth White Cardstock. Then, I used a range of yellow to purple Copic markers to color the image. For quick coloring, I didn’t take time to blend the colors; the flowers and leaves are small enough that I just switched to the next color in my gradient. When I finished, I used the coordinating dies to cut out the butterfly and sentiment and then set them aside.

Next, I used the December Fancy Die of the Month to die cut an A2-sized piece of Deluxe Smooth White Cardstock. This white-on-white texture creates a subtle background for the butterfly.

To assemble the card, I glued the background panel to a top-folding card base and then used foam tape to adhere the butterfly and the sentiment.

Thank you so much for visiting!
